What Happened To Judith In The Walking Dead?
Judith is the adopted daughter of Rick Grimes and Michonne. She chose to help in the battle against Commonwealth Governor Pamela Milton. During the rebellion, Milton tries to shoot Maggie, but Judith takes the bullet. Daryl carries Judith to a clinic when she's unconscious, but she wakes up to see undead Walkers overrunning the Commonwealth.

Is Judith Alive In The Walking Dead?
Judith's fate is decided in the comics much earlier in her lifespan as she is killed when her mom Lori Grimes is carrying her as a baby away from Governor Brian. The governor will shoot Lori, who falls on top of baby Judith and crushes her.
It may be that The Walking Dead series is producing this comic book storyline by keeping Judith being shot, but fans will learn of her fate in the series finale, "Rest in Peace," which airs on November 20, 2022.
What Happened To Judith In The Walking Dead Season 11?
Showrunner Angela talked about Judith's storyline and explained how the shooting was meant to see fans think back to the 2nd season, where Rick carried his son Carl when he was shot. Angela explained: "We definitely wanted it to feel reminiscent of the scene where Rick was carrying Carl after he was shot, and it's kind of the question of: is history going to repeat itself with Judith and what's going to happen next with her?"

The showrunner also said that the storyline was meant to be a dramatic moment for Daryl because of how much Judith meant to him as his surrogate child. Angela said, "He's going to do everything in his power to try to make sure that she doesn't just die in his arms."
